Hallo Leute,
ab dem 01.03. suche ich eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist 50qm groß, hat eine schöne Küche, die mit Backofen, und Kühlschrank ausgestattet ist :).
Das Zimmer an sich weist eine Größe von ungefähr 18,8 qm auf. Es ist bereits möbliert .
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Stresemannplatz und die nächsten Supermärkte sind quasi um die Ecke (Edeka, Netto, Norma, Rossmann, dm…).
Die WISO ist gerade mal 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
In die Stadt selbst sind es ca. 2 km. (und alles gut mit dem Rad erreichbar :), Nachts kann man aber auch noch gut nach Hause laufen).
WG-Leben
Eure zukünftige Mitwohnerin heißt Yi. Das WG-Leben war bis jetzt immer sehr entspannt und harmonisch und soll auch so bleiben.
