Das Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und somit das größte Schlafzimmer der WG. Die Wohnung ist auf 2 Stockwerke aufgeteilt und beinhaltet 5 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, 2 WCs, Flur, Balkon, Garten und Garage.
Die Lage ist optimal. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, aber man ist in 5-10 min in der Innenstadt, da U-Bahn und Bus jeweils einen Katzensprung entfernt sind. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und das Wohnen gestaltet sich als unkompliziert. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genügend.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr unkompliziert, da alle Mitbewohner, sowohl offen als auch nett sind. Selbst wenn man seine Ruhe möchte oder Sachen zu erledigen hat, zieht man sich einfach in sein Zimmer zurück und bekommt Ruhe ;)
Am liebsten wäre mir eine Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail, da mein Handy leider immer wieder etwas spinnt und mir das Leben schwer machen möchte. Die Uhrzeit ist hierbei egal, ich checke meine Mails täglich:
