Die 4 Zimmer Maisonettewohnung (122m²) hat ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer (~35m²) mit großem Balkon, neben einer normalen Heizung gibt es einen Holzofen. Es gibt eine sehr geräumige Küche inkl. kleiner Essecke und Vorratsraum. Das große Bad hat sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne. Eine kleine Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine gibt es auch noch.
2 der Schlafzimmer sowie ein extra Gäste WC liegen im oberen Teil der Wohnung.
Die UBahn Schoppershof ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Park ist direkt um die Ecke und der Wöhrder See ist auch nicht weit weg.
Mein Mitbewohner und ich sind sehr nette, sportliche (dynamisch) und unkomplizierte Männer. Wir machen gerne Spieleabende und freuen uns neben der Arbeit über gemeinsamen Austausch.
Wenn du Spieleabende magst und gerne mal einen Film zusammen schaust, schreib uns einfach an. Gemeinsame sportliche aktivitäten wären natürlich auch schön, wie Bouldern, Badminton, Joggen oder auch mal was neues auszuprobiern.
