Hallo liebe Leute,
in meiner WG wird ein Zimmer frei, das ich ab dem 1. Januar 2020 untermieten möchte. Ich bin 20 Jahre alt und studiere an der Musikhochschule Kontrabass. Ein paar Details stehen ja schon da, die Gesamtmiete beträgt 320 €. 2 Gehminuten von der Wohnung (die Wohnung ist Eigentum der Wohnungsbaugesellschaft) ist eine S-Bahn und Trambahn Haltestelle, von wo man in 8 Minuten am Bahnhof ist.
Die Lage ist sehr schön, alles ist sehr ruhig, und man ist in wenigen Minuten im Grünen (Wöhrder See und Wöhrder Wiese).
Es gibt eine separate Küche mit angeschlossenem Balkon, sowie ein Bad und eine Abstellkammer. In der Küche steht eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine.
Falls jemand Interesse hat, die Wohnung anzuschauen, gerne mir unter ----/------- schreiben.
