Ich biete mein Zimmer für eine Zwischenmietdauer von zwei Monaten vom 01.01.2021 bis zum 28.02.2021 an.
Die 5er Frauen WG befindet sich im St. Peter Wohnheim. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind 5 Min. zu Fuß und TH Nürnberg ist 15 Min. zu Fuß. Alle Mädels, die hier wohnen sind super nett und freundlich. Das gesamte Wohnheim ist super.
Die Größe des Zimmers ist ca 13 qm. Die Küche ist mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet (Herd, ein kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kühl und Gefrierschrank und einen Schrank für eigene Lebensmittel). Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, alle 2 oder 3 Frauen teilen sich ein Badezimmer.
Die Warmmiete beträgt insgesamt 198€.
Das Zimmer verfügt bereits über eine Grundausstattung (Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Stühl, Regal). Es gibt auch im Wohnheim Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Für das Auto hat man die Möglichkeit einen Tiefgaragenplatz zu mieten und für Fahrräder gibt es auch Parkmöglichkeiten.

I am offering my room for an interim rental period of two months from 01/01/2021 to 02/28/2021.
The 5-person shared flat is located in the St. Peter dormitory. Shops are 5 minutes on foot and TH Nürnberg is 15 minutes on foot. All the girls who live here are super nice and friendly. The entire dorm is great.
The size of the room is about 13 square meters. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (stove, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer and a cupboard for your own food). There are 2 bathrooms, every 2 or 3 women share a bathroom.
The total rent is € 198.
The room already has basic equipment (bed, wardrobe, table, chair, shelf). There are also washing machines and dryers in the dormitory. You can rent an underground parking space for your car and there is also parking space for bicycles.
