Ich wohne in einer WG mit 3 anderen Mädels. Da ich für einen Monat in Urlaub fahre würde ich mein Zimmer untervermieten. Es ist komplett möbliert und Miete ist insgesamt 300 Euro (mit Internet, Telefon etc.).
Perfekt für jemanden der diesem Monat nutzen will um sich ein dauerhafte Wohnung zu suchen.
Da es möglich ist dass ich im Sommer wieder nach Regensburg zum studieren gehe, würde eventuell auch die Möglichkeit der Übernahme des Zimmer bestehen (ist allerdings nocht nich sicher :))

I live in a nice apartment with 3 other girls. I would rent out my room for a month, as I'm going on vacation. The room is fully furnished and would cost with 300 Euro everything included.
Sehr zentral gelegen, nur 5 min Gehweg in die Stadt zu Bars, Clubs und Geschäften. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung an Bahn & Bus. Nur 10 Minuten Gehweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.Aldi und Rewe direkt in der Seitenstrasse. Marktkauf nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Apartment is very close to the city. Only 5 minutes walk to bars restaurants and shops. It's also close to busses and subway plus, the train station is only a 10 minute walk from here.
Aldi & Rewe are just around the corner.
Wir sind vier Mädels, 3 von uns arbeiten bei Adidas und eine studiert nocht und natürlich sind meine Mitbewohnerinnen extrem nett :) Da wir 3 berufstätig sind, sind wir tagsüber leider nicht im Haus, dafür aber abends gerne lange in der Küche zum reden und ein bisschen Wein trinken :)
