Voll eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirspüler, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Sofa und Französicher Balkon.
Bad:
Badewanne mit Fenster und Waschmaschine.
Dein Zimmer:
Großes 15 m² Zimmer mit großem Fenster mit Rollo.
In dem Zimmer ist eine Türe zu meinem Zimmer die aber Verschloßen ist und von meiner Seite steht ein Regal davor.
Es ist Keine ZweckWG aber auch keine wo man ständig aufeinander sitzt. Ein normales Maß an Ordnung ist gut.
Ich selber bin kein Student sonder arbeite, steh aber meistens nicht vor halb 8 auf und arbeite auch Samstags.
Also wenn du Interesse hast einfach kurz melden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral in Ruhiger lage nähe Stadtparkt, zu Fuß kann man alles gut erreichen wie zum Beispiel Einkaufen, Weg gehn und liegt zwischen der Ubahn Station Rennweg und Schoppershof. Essen gehn und Lieferdienst sind auch in direkter Nachbarschaf.
Die Parksituation ist auch gut und mann bekommt immer eine Parkplatz in der Nähe.
Es ist Keine ZweckWG aber auch keine wo man ständig aufeinander sitzt. Gelegentliches Feiern kann schon mal vorkommen.
Ein normales Maß an Ordnung ist gut. Und dank des Geschirspülers muss man auch nicht abspülen.
Ich selber bin kein Student sonder arbeite, steh aber meistens nicht vor halb 8 auf und arbeite auch Samstags dafür hab ich eine Tag frei unter der Woche.
