Unsere 300qm(!) Wohnung befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Altbau.
Dein ruhiges Zimmer mit Parkettboden ist 22qm groß und besitzt einen praktischen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.
Unsere Wohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet, einer großen Küche, 2 Toiletten und einem riesigen, gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Heimkino (Beamer).
Die Miete enthält alle Kosten inkl. einer Festnetz- und Internet-Flatrate.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Rathenauplatzes (U-Bahn) und 1o Min entfernt vom Hauptbahnhof, zum Stadtzentrum sind es nur 10 Minutn zu Fuß, mit dem Rad geht’s noch schneller. Zur Uni und FH ist es auch nicht weit. Alles was man zum Leben braucht findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe (Drogeriemarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, Lebensmittel, Ebl, Banken).
Hallo und Servus,
wir suchen zum 10.02.2013 einen netten Mitbewohner für einen Monat auf Probe. Ab 01.06 wird das Zimmer dann für ein halbes Jahr frei.
Wir sind 4 Mädels und 1 Kerl, stecken noch im Studium bzw. sind schon berufstätig.
Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene Truppe und unternehmen auch gerne mal etwas zusammen, ziehen ab und zu zusammen los, alles nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss!
