Hallo! Suchst du ein schönes Zimmer in eine schöne WG mit sehr nette Mitbewohnerinen? Such nicht weiter!
Wir suchen zwei Personen für eine WG zu viert. Die Wohnung hat: Wohnzimmer, Küche, 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer (einmal mit Badewanne und einmal mit Dusche)
Die Wohnung hat auch Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Fernseher und eine komplette Küche.
Die sind 2 Zimmer zusammen und um in eins zu kommen muss man durch das andere gehen, aber es gibt ein großes Regal als Mauer.
Beide Zimmer sind möbliert aber wir müssen darüber immer noch sprechen.

We are looking for two persons to live in a flat for four. The flat has: living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath).
The flat has washing-machine, dishwasher, Tv and a fully equipped kitchen.
We have to rooms available and they are connected with each other so in order to go to one you have to go through the other one, thought there's a big shelf used as a wall.
Both rooms are furnitured though we still don't know for sure about all the furnitures.

Estamos buscando dos personas que quieran vivir en un piso para cuatro. El piso tiene un salón muy grande, cocina, 4 habitaciones y dos cuartos de baño (uno con ducha y el otro con bañera)
El piso cuenta con lavadora, lavavajillas televisión y cocina equipada.
Las dos habitaciones están comunicadas así que para entrar a una hay que pasar por la otra pero hay una estantería que hace de separación.
La dos habitaciones están amuebladas aunque es cuestión de hablarlo.
Die Wohnung ist in die Ludwig-Feuerbach-Str., 5 min zu Fuß von U-Bahn-Haltstelle "Rennweg". Wir sind auch 5 min zu Fuß von die Gastronomie Berufsschule B3.
Es gibt auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in die Umgebung sowie Norma, Edeka, Rossman, DM
Die Wöhrder Wiese ist auch sehr nah.

The flat is in the Ludwig-Feuerbach-Str., just 5 walking minutes from the subway station "Rennweg". We are also very close to the Gastronomy Berufsschule.
There are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby like Norma, Edeka, Rossman, DM
The Wöhrder Wiese park is just 10 minutes walking

El piso esta situado en la Ludwig-Feuerbach-Str., a 5 minutos andando de la estación de metro de "Rennweg". Además está muy cerca de la escuela de gastronomía.
En la zona hay muchas tiendas y supermercados como Norma, Edeka, Rossman, DM
El parque de Wöhrder Wiese esta a solo 10 minutos andando.
Du würdest mit zwei sehr nette Mädels aus Spanien wohnen, die gerade eine Ausbildung als Hotelfachfrau machen.
Du kannst in dein Zimmer oder im Wohnzimmer rauchen
