The room is very bright due to the large windows. The windows are very well insulated so that hardly any noise is heard from outside.
The apartment is approximately 110m2 in total and has a very large balcony and a living room. Bathroom and toilet are separate. There is no additional costs for the kitchen.
Preferred candidates would be those that would be willing to buy some of the existing furniture.
Located right in front of the Stadtpark, the apartment is only 50 meters away from Rennweg's subway station (10-minute ride to the airport, 5 minutes to the main train station, 7 to Plärrer), and 200 meters away from the adidas bus stop. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy on the ground floor of the building. An easy 10-minute stroll separates you from the inner city. For running enthusiasts, Wöhrder See/Wiese is only 1km away.
Easy commute to work via A3, the building also offers private parking spots (40€/month).
I am currently looking for a someone to occupy the 2nd room in my apartment.
I only speak English and it would therefore be a requirement for the person moving in to be able to speak English also.
I am currently working for adidas and therefore will be working during the week. Ideally the person moving into the flat would also be a working professional, but other circumstances are also welcome.
