What to say... it's a room after all. Freshly renovated walls heating, ceiling, plugs, etc..
IKEA table, bed, cupboard and chairs. All mainly white, so you can combine it with whatever you like.
We are beautifully equipped with a full kitchen, large fridge, storage space in a seperate (with a door), and a table to meet in the kitchen. Certainly a quite new washing machine we also own :-)
If you miss anything, we can get in touch and see if we just didn't have it in our mind yet!
We are in excellent location within nuremberg! It's just a few meters to:
- REZ shopping centre with a lot of different shops for food, clothes, drugs, banks, and other things, and also incl. recreation (bowling centre).
- U2 going downtown and to the airport each ±3min in rush hour, 10min on sunday
- about 15 bus lines that take you anywhere else
- a bunch of parks at walking distance (few meters only), and a large green area just in front
- a gas/petrol station ±100m walk
- a pizza corner ±100m away
- highway connection just 1 or 2 minutes away (by car ;-) )
- a neighborhood with a lot of smaller houses and comfortable living conditions around the building
- a water channel at walking distance (±10min), used a lot for recreation purposes, e.g. jogging alongside
in short: why to spend time anywhere else? :-)
WG life depends a lot on you and how you bring in your own personality. We are a community after all, and flat life is at its best when everyone can bring to the table his or her talents and expertise :-)

Sharing a flat means we also care about each other minimum in the shared spaces. This especially means that shared space must be kept clean and we must stick to a cleaning plan. This ensures we all enjoy our living space to the maxium possible.
We think pets are nice, but we are so many people that this might crowd the place already quite a bit. Therefore, please be aware non-pet application might get a bonus.
