Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein gemütliches Zimmer in einer Berufstätigen-WG.
Die Wohnung liegt günstig gelegen, Bus, U-Bahn so wie Straba sind bequem in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (7 Min bis in die City)! Hier bei uns in der WG gehts sehr locker zu, was aber nicht heißt das die Ordnung darunter leidet. Da eine der Mitbewohnerinnen nur am Wochenende zu Hause ist es unter der Woche eine 2er-WG! Da ich beim Auszug leider auch Herd, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle mit nehme, werden Leute die so etwas besitzen gerne gesehen, aber es darf sich natürlich auch jeder andere melden. Interesse?
