Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, ein Bücherregal und ein Nachtkästchen.
Die Möbel müssen aber nicht übernommen werden.
Ansonsten ist alles da was man zum Leben braucht. Die Küche ist bereits voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr etc. sodass man nichts mehr braucht.
Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster und ist schön hell.
Die Lage in Schoppershof ist sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Egal ob Bus, Straßenbahn oder U-Bahn, die Haltestellen sind alle bequem zu erreichen. Die Parksituation ist ab 19:30Uhr sehr schlecht, sonst findet man aber immer etwas. Es gibt auch Bewohnerparken, allerdings lohnt es sich nicht wirklich.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum.
Ich bin männlich, Ende 20 und berufstätig. Suche eine gechillte Person die locker, offen und tolerant ist, mit der man auch mal abhängen kann. Zweck-WGs hatte ich leider schon zu oft, deswegen bin ich da nicht interessiert. Aufräumen und mal putzen sollte man auch können. :)
