Das Zimmer ist recht groß und hat eine hohe Decke. Es fasst ca 15,5-16qm und hat eine großes Fensterfront zur Straße hin (wenig befahren). 300€ Warmmiete (Strom, Heizung, Internet inklusive).
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man braucht nur etwa 4 Minuten zur Ubahn, oder zur Straßenbahn und ca 2min zum Bus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke (EDEKA, REWE, Norma, Rossmann) sowie einige Restaurants, Döner oder eine Pizzaria. Die WG liegt zudem sehr nah am Wöhrder See und der Stadtpark ist auch nicht weit weg, für genügend Grün ist also gesorgt.
Steffi (19) macht eine Ausbildung zur Ergotherapeutin und Lale (19) macht eine Ausbildung zur Bankkauffrau und dann bin da noch ich Paolo (23) ich ziehe in meine eigene Wohnung weil ich selbständliger werden möchte. Bis jetzt haben wir auch oft was zusammen unternommen, also es ist definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Aber am besten machst du dir einfach selbst ein Bild von uns :)
