Ich habe ein sehr helles und wunderschön möbliertes Zimmer in der Sebalder Altstadt zur Zwischenmiete anzubieten (Wohnungsübernahme der gesamten Wohnung nach Juli ist möglich). Ich selbst werde Ende Juli ganz aus Nürnberg wegziehen und suche bis dahin eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in. Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen, zum Hauptmarkt und zur Kaiserburg sind es jeweils nur 5 Min zu Fuß, viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster, einen offenen Kleiderschrank, ein Bett, Kommoden und ist groß genug, falls noch die ein oder anderen Möbelstücke untergestellt werden müssen. Der Rest der Wohnung ist voll möbliert und darf natürlich komplett mitbenutzt werden :)
Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten bereits enthalten, inklusive High-Speed-Internet, Strom etc.
Die Wohnung wird alle 14 Tage geputzt.

Hello,
I have a nice and bright furnished room available from April until end of July. As I'm leaving Nürnberg and moving out completely, there's the opportunity to take over the full apartment after July. The apartment is located in the heart of Nürnberg, the castle and the main market are just 5 min walking distance away. There are many stores, restaurants and public transport close around. The room itself is furnished with a bed (+blanket and pillows, etc), an open wardrobe, and plenty of space to put extra furniture in if wanted. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The rent is including all other costs, like electricity, high-speed-internet as well as a cleaning service every 2 weeks.
