This apartment is located in a great location, right along the river in the city center. It's near the Mensa, Cinecitta movie theater, and Hauptmarkt. Although the flat is in the city, it is on a small, quiet street, so there isn't much noise.
There are three bedrooms, a large living room with TV, a balcony that overlooks the river, bathroom with bathtub, and separate room with toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. In the living room there is a staircase that goes down one level underground, which leads to the third bedroom.
The bedroom available is on the ground floor and comes unfurnished. There is a beautiful view of the Pegnitz River right outside the bedroom window.
There is access to good restaurants, bars, and shopping close to the apartment.
There are also several grocery stores nearby (Rewe, Karstadt, Penny, and Norma).
Wöhrder Wiese park is 4 minutes away if you want to go for a run or just hang out and relax.
It's a short walk to the U-bahn (4 min. to Wöhrder Wiese, 7 min. to Lorenzkirche or Rathenauplatz).
Buses are just as close as well.
My name is Mish, I'm from the U.S. and I currently work at adidas. My other flatmate is Diane, and she's from France, also working in Nuremberg. Our third flatmate is moving out, so we're looking for someone new to move in.
Since we both work full-time jobs, we're not around the flat very much during the day. On weekday evenings it's a bit quieter in the flat, but on weekends we like to go out to bars/clubs with friends or have friends over.
Our hobbies include sports, going to the gym, piano, and cooking.
I go for a run a couple times a week in the evenings after work, so feel free to join if you want :D
There's no cleaning plan or anything for the apartment, but in general, just clean up after yourself :)
Would be great to find a roommate who's social, clean, not too loud, and is down to chill and hang out.
The minimum duration in the flat is one year.
