Neben dem frei werdenden Zimmer gibt es in der Wohnung noch eine Küche mit Esstisch, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette, Abstellraum und die beiden Zimmer Deiner künftigen Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist der größte Raum der Wohnung und aufgrund der vier großen Fenster hast den ganzen Tag wunderbares Tageslicht :) Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es recht ruhig und bei Langeweile kann man immer sehr gut die vorbeilaufenden Leute beobachten. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Doppelbett, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein großer Schrank mit Spiegel, ein Sofa und vor der Tür noch ein Regal. Das würde ich Dir alles überlassen :)

In addition to the vacant room, there is a kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower, toilet, storage room and the two rooms of your future roommate. The room is the largest room in the apartment and due to the four large windows you have wonderful daylight all day :) Despite the central location, it is very quiet and in case of boredom you can always very well watch the people passing by. In the room there is a double bed, a desk with a chair, a big wardrobe with a mirror, a sofa and in front of the door there is a shelf. I would leave everything to you :)
Die Wohnung ist in einer Nebenstraße des Hauptmarkts gelegen, also direkt im Herzen Nürnbergs. Eine Busstation ist 100m entfernt und die nächste U-Bahnstation (Lorenzkirche) ist ebenfalls ziemlich nah. Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in circa 15min zu Fuß. Die nächsten Einkaufmöglichkeiten befinden sich um den Hauptmarkt herum oder am Rathenauplatz, der ebenfalls nur 10min entfernt ist.

The apartment is located in a side street of the Hauptmarkt, so right in the heart of Nuremberg. A bus station is 100m away and the nearest subway station (Lorenzkirche) is also quite close. The main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The nearest shopping facilities are around the main market or at Rathenauplatz, which is also only 10min away.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist Mitte 20 und studiert an der FAU. Im Herbst bzw. Winter wird sie ihre Masterarbeit schreiben, sodass sie dringend eine angenehme Gesellschaft braucht. Wir würden eine Frau bevorzugen, die gegebenenfalls in einer ähnlichen Lebensphase ist. Abgesehen davon, dass sie nicht rauchen sollte, haben wir allerdings keine Präferenz. Zum WG Leben: Abends unterhalten wir uns oft während dem Essen in der Küche oder gehen gemeinsam aus (der Wanderer ist 500m entfernt). Wir sind beide aber auch häufig unterwegs oder ziehen uns in unseren Räumen zurück. Wenn Du diese Balance ebenso einhalten könntest bzw. suchst, wäre das klasse :)

Your future roommate is in her mid-20s and studies at FAU. In the fall/ winter she will write her master's thesis, so she needs pleasant company. We would prefer a woman who is in a similar stage of life. Apart from the fact that she should be non smoking, we have no preference. About WG life: In the evenings, we often talk during dinner in the kitchen or go out together (the Wanderer is 500m away). But we also both have our own friends groups or retreat in our rooms. If you could keep this balance as well or are looking for something like that, that would be great :)
Während Deiner Zeit in der Wohnung kannst Du Dich gerne nach eigenen Wünschen einrichten. Ich werde den Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch komplett leer räumen, sodass Du ausreichend Platz haben solltest. Wenn Dir die Anzeige gefällt und Du sorgsam mit meinen Möbeln umgehen kannst, kannst Du Dich gerne bei uns melden :)
