After completing my Masters degree, I have to move out of Nürnberg to Munich for a new job. Therefore my very affordable, student friendly room is available. It is 10 sq m, has a 140x200 lofted bed which makes enough room to add other furniture underneath. The room has a big window which allows a lot of light to come in.
Nach Abschluss meines Masterstudiums muss ich für einen neuen Job von Nürnberg nach München ziehen. Daher ist mein sehr günstiges, studentenfreundliches Zimmer verfügbar. Es ist 10 qm groß, hat ein 140x200 Hochbett, das genug Platz bietet, um weitere Möbel darunter zu stellen. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, durch das viel Licht hereinkommt.
The best part of the apartment is its location. It is a 3min walk away from Friedrich-Ebert Platz U-Bahn, Bus & Tram. The Rewe is a 2 min walk away and only a little further away is DM, Netto and great food options.
I was a student at FAU and I was able to walk to the WISO in 15 mins and the old town in 20 mins. The Pegnitz which is a great place to hangout in the summer and go for runs is also a 10 min walk away.

Das Beste an der Wohnung ist ihre Lage. Es ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Friedrich-Ebert Platz U-Bahn, Bus und Straßenbahn entfernt. Der Rewe ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und nur ein wenig weiter weg ist DM, Netto und tolle Essensmöglichkeiten.
Ich war Student an der FAU und konnte in 15 Minuten zur WISO und in 20 Minuten in die Altstadt laufen. Die Pegnitz, ein toller Ort, um im Sommer zu chillen und sport zu machen, ist auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
There are 2 others living in the apartment. Beat is 27 y/o from Germany and is working. He enjoys the outdoors, bouldering and especially cycling. Jan is 24 y/o from Poland is a student at FAU. He also enjoys the outdoors and sports.
Our WG was quite friendly. We always had things to talk about in the kitchen. But of course, when we needed time apart it was all ok as well.
We used to speak in English in the apartment for the most part but the others are fluent in German and can switch as well.

In der Wohnung leben noch 2 weitere Personen. Beat ist 27 Jahre alt, kommt aus Deutschland und ist berufstätig. Er genießt die Natur, Bouldern und vor allem Radfahren. Jan ist 24 Jahre alt, kommt aus Polen und ist Student an der FAU. Auch er ist gerne in der Natur und treibt Sport.
Unsere WG war sehr freundlich. In der Küche hatten wir immer etwas zu besprechen. Aber wenn wir Zeit für uns brauchten, war das natürlich auch in Ordnung.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung meistens auf Englisch unterhalten, aber die anderen sprechen fließend Deutsch und können auch wechseln.
The apartment has everything you need. There are enough utensils in the kitchen for common use and we just fit in a new dishwasher. The apartment also has a washing machine.
The rent is 266 all inclusive. However, I need someone to take over my furniture for 100 euros (bed, jacket rack, dresser) so you would need to confirm that before you come for a visit.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. In der Küche gibt es genügend Utensilien für den gemeinsamen Gebrauch und wir haben gerade eine neue Spülmaschine eingebaut. Die Wohnung hat auch eine Waschmaschine.
Die Miete ist 266 alles inklusive. Allerdings brauche ich jemanden, um meine Möbel für 100 Euro zu übernehmen (Bett, Jackenständer, Kommode), so müssten Sie bestätigen, dass, bevor Sie für einen Besuch kommen.
