Hallo!
Da wir beide im Rahmen unseres Studiums ein Auslandssemester machen, möchten wir unsere Wohnung für sechs Monate vermieten.
Die Wohnung an sich hat drei Zimmer und das hier ist 14qm groß. Das Zimmer ist quadratisch und es ist sogar Platz genug für ein Doppelbett und ein Sofa. Bei Bedarf kannst du mein Bett, Sofa und mein Schreibtisch für die Zeit der Miete auch nutzen. Als 3er WG genutzt kommt man bei dem Zimmer auf nur 208 Euro inklusive aller Nebenkosten, Strom und DSL+Telefonflat.
In der vollausgestatte Küche ist genug Platz, um auch mal zu dritt oder viert zu Essen, und eine gute Waschmaschine gibt es auch noch.
Die Wohnung ist echt schön in Johannis gelegen, direkt in der Nähe vom Friedrich-Ebert-Platz von dem man mit der Straßenbahn (und ab Herbst auch mit der U-Bahn :P) schnell überall hinkommt. Noch schneller in die Stadt ist man sogar zu Fuß über das Tiergärtnertor in 5 Minuten. Zur Uni braucht man nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Supermärkte, Cafes, Banken und alles was man sonst so braucht sind auch nah gelegen.
Ihr könnt die Wohnung natürlich so Nutzen wie Ihr möchtet, entweder ihr mietet Sie ganz oder falls ihr nur auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer seid, dann suchen wir einfach gemeinsam nette Mitbewohner. Frei wird das Zimmer ab 1. September bis ungefähr Ende März, je nachdem. Das zweite Zimmer auch ab 1. September und das 24qm Zimmer ab 1. Oktober. Für uns ist es wichtig, dass du zuverlässig bist.
Die schöne Lage, der super Preis und dazu noch die netten Nachbarn - die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Glücksfall ;-)

We are going for a semester abroad and going to underlease our 3-room apartment from September for six months. The apartment is nice located in Johannis (Tram, supermarkets, 5mins to the city, 10 mins to the university) and has everything you need. A well-provided kitchen with enough space for sitting in, a washing machine and three well-lit rooms. This room has 14qm and costs 208 Euro with everything included (electricity costs, internet) if youre sharing the apartment with two others.
