Hallo,
ich (28) suche ab sofort eine Mitbewohnerin / einen Mitbewohner für meine WG in St. Johannis. Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe vom Westbad und auch der grüne Pegnitzgrund ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.
Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen, Uni und FH in 10 - 20 Minuten.
Die Wohnung kann auch dauerhaft bezogen werden. Allerdings muss dann ab Ende Februar der Hauptmietvertrag übernommen werden da ich dann ausziehen werde. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ca. 60m² groß. Sie kann dann weiter als WG oder für sich selbst genutzt werden.
Freue mich über einen sympathischen Mitbewohner!
