Hallo ihr,
ich ziehe aus meiner jetzigen Wg aus und suche jemanden, der das Zimmer bis ungefähr Juni übernimmt (evtl. auch länger, nach Absprache mit der Hauptmieterin).
Das Zimmer gehört zu einer 2er WG in St. Johannis, zur Innenstadt sind es 7 Minuten und die Straßenbahn hält fast vor der Türe.
Zur WG gehören eine Küche, ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und ein Flur.
Der Internet- und Telefonvertrag ist von mir geschlossen worden und kann leider nicht übernommen werden, von daher müsste das noch mit der Hauptmieterin (ich wohnte zur Untermietung) geklärt werden.
Also wenn ihr kurzfristig für ein paar Monate ein Zimmer sucht und mehr Infos braucht, meldet euch doch einfach per Email! ()
