Wir, die sympatische 5-er Wg (Moni, Lisa, Daniel und Fabian) suchen ab 1.Dez einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere WG im Herzen Nürnbergs (St. Johannis).
Es handelt sich um ein helles, ca. 21 m^2 großes Eckzimmer im 2. Stock eines Altbaus. Das Zimmer blickt auf einer Seite auf den begrünten Hinterhof. Die Zimmerdecke ist charmant und sogar denkmalgeschützt.
Der Mietpreis beläuft sich insgesamt auf 360€ im Monat ( mit Allem: Internet, Warm, Strom etc....)
Außerdem bietet die Wg ein ca. 25 m^2 großes Wohnzimmer, in dem man auch gerne mal zusammensitzt und ein renoviertes Bad sowie eine renovierte Küche. Alles in allem ist die Wg schätzungsweise so 145 m^2 groß.
