Ich gehe Anfang Januar für 3 Monate ins Ausland und vermiete währenddessen mein 22qm Zimmer unter.Ich lasse alle Möbel inklusive Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal, Sofa und Sessel drin! Das Zimmer ist mit zwei großen Fenstern schön hell.
Du würdest die WG mit zwei lieben Studenten teilen (keine Zweck-WG!). Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einer Waschmaschine und einer Spülmaschine. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, auch genügend Platz zum Essen.
Die Wohnung ist schön in Johannis gelegen, direkt in der Nähe vom Friedrich-Ebert-Platz, von dem man mit der Straßenbahn und Ubahn überall schnell hinkommt. Noch schneller in die Stadt ist man sogar zu Fuß über das Tiergärtnertor (5 Minuten). Zur Uni braucht man nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Supermärkte, Banken und alles was man sonst so braucht sind auch nah gelegen.
