Ich biete 2 möblierte Zimmer an, die miteinander verbunden und in einem seperaten Teil meiner Wohnung sind, bis Ende September, evtl. 1 Monat länger.
Das Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer hat 18 qm, das Wohnzimmer hat 19 qm und eine Küchenzeile und das einzige Bad der Wohnung hat eine Wanne und kann mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, am Anfang der Johannisstr., nur 5 Minuten von der Burg oder dem Hauptmarkt entfernt im EG. Das Haus ist etwas Besonderes, aus dem 18. Jhd. und hat einen tollen Garten, aber lärmempfindlich solltest Du nicht sein.
Ich bin 39 Jahre alt, w, berufstätig und biete diese 2 Zimmer nicht mehr wie früher zu Studienzeiten mit WG-Charakter an, sondern nur übergangsweise und eher zur friedlichen Co-Existenz in Untermiete.
Ich arbeite VZ in einer Beratungsstelle und bin auch abends oft unterwegs, deshalb erreicht man mich schlecht telefonisch und am besten per Mail.
