Die Wohnung umfasst ca. 50 qm und ist im 4 Stock(Dachwohnung mit Dachschrägen).
Johannis ist angenehm zum Wohnen. 5 Minuten zur Pegnitz(zu Fuß) und 2 zur Straßenbahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Nähe. Das Zimmer selbst ist schön hell mit Südfenster und bietet einen guten Ausblick. Ab und zu kommt die Nachbarskatze über´s Dach vorbei(nicht erschrecken). Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und das wohnen hier in der zweier WG ist entspannt. Meinen Mitbewohner würd ich als sehr ruhigen und rücksichtsvollen Menschen beschreiben. Also optimal für so eine kleine Wohnung.
Er ist Japaner, arbeitet als Sushikoch und ist häufig unterwegs. Hauptsächlich wird Englisch gesprochen und langsam auch Deutsch. Für Fahrräder wird im Hinterhof demnächst ein Unterstand gebaut.
