Hallo ihr Lieben,
da ich zu meinem Freund ziehe, werde ich, sobald wie möglich, jedoch spätestens Ende April aus meinem WG Zimmer in St. Johannis ausziehen. Zurzeit bin ich auf der Suche nach einer netten Nachmieterin, die das Zimmer unmöbliert übernehmen würde.
Die Lage ist genial, man ist in wenigen Minuten an den Pegnitzauen und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in näherer Umgebung (Rewe, Netto, DM). Straßenbahn und Bus sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und zum Friedrich-Ebert-Platz braucht man höchstens 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt außerdem zahlreiche Bäckereien, Cafés oder Metzgereien gleich ums Eck.
Am Liebsten hätte ich eine berufstätige Nachmieterin!
