Ich suche einen neues WG-Mitglied, da mein langjähriger Mitbewohner Mitte April auszieht. Das in den Innenhof zeigende Zimmer ist mit 18qm sehr geräumig und vor allem vormittags sehr Hell (Fenster in Südichtung). Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 60qm großen Zweizimmerwohnung im Hochpaterre. Bad und Klo sind getrennt.
Die Wohung befindet sich im Stadtteil St. Johannis in direkter Nähe zum Wiesengrund. Straßenbahn und Bus und Aldi, Norma, REWE sind in 5 min und U-Bahn in knapp 10 min fußläufig erreichbar. Das Wohngebiet Sandreuth ist ein eher ruhigeres Familienwohngebiet, von dem aus die etwas lebhafteren Straßen von St Johannis oder auch Gostenhof und die Innenstadt leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.
Ich lege Wert auf ein ungezwungenes und spontanes WG-Leben, in dem man offen miteinander umgeht. Bin auch immer für typische WG Aktionen, wie z. B. zusammen Kochen, einen Film anschauen oder feiern gehen zu haben. Ansonsten bin ich sehr sportbegeistert und würde mich auch über eine-n Tischtennis, Squash oder Beachvolleyball uvm Mitspieler-in freuen 😊
