Dein Zimmer umfasst etwa 13qm und ist mit einem modernen, grauen Laminatboden ausgestattet. Es ist zwar nicht besonders groß allerdings bekommt man alles unter was man so benötigt. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer, sowie Küche und Balkon wo du dich gerne aufhalten darfst. Dein Zimmer ist nicht möbeliert.
Die Wohnung liegt in St. Johannis in der Nähe des Klinikum Nords. Die Ubahn sowie die Tram sind in nicht einmal 5min Fußweg zu erreichen. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten gibt es allerdings auch genug. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Edeka, Netto und Aldi sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Falls du in die Innenstadt laufen möchtest, ist das innerhalb 15- 20min möglich.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist 22 Jahre jung und macht akutell eine Ausbildung zur Mediengestalterin. Das WG-Leben ist absolut entspannt mit ihr. Es ist keine Zwecks WG. Für die gemeinsame Küche wäre eine Abschlagszahlung in Höhe von 400 Euro nötig.
