Ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für 2er-WG in St. Leonard, Nürnberg, da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin für den Master in eine andere Stadt ziehen wird. Einzug wäre ab Mai (oder nach Vereinbarung auch später) möglich.
Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung wurde vor unserem Einzug erst renoviert und ist daher sehr modern und in einem sehr guten Zustand!
Insgesamt haben wir 3 Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Dein Zimmer ist etwa 17m2 groß und wird unmöbliert übergeben (auf den Bilder ist das Zimmer noch möbliert).
Außerdem haben wir ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch/TV/Esstisch, welches du natürlich mit benutzen kannst.
Unsere moderne Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine etc...
Das Tageslichtbad hat eine Badewanne mit Glaswand, die man auch als Dusche benutzen kann.
Die Wohnung liegt in St. Leonard, ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station St. Leonard. Von dort aus ist man in nur 4 Stationen an der Lorenzkirche (Innenstadt) und ebenfalls in nur 4 Stationen am Hauptbahnhof! Von dort aus ist u.a. die TH Nürnberg wunderbar zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Drogeriemärkte/Bäcker sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe und sogar zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen! :)
In den Nebenkosten sind wirklich alle Kosten enthalten. Von Warmwasser, Strom, Gas bishin zur Internetnutzung und TV!
