Hallo,
da ich kurzfristig eine Wohnung gefunden habe, suche ich einen netten, aufgeschlossenen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist ca. 25qm groß und hat einen schönen Parkettfußboden. Die Miete beträgt, alles inklusive, ungefähr 270 Euro.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Peterskirche, mit bester Anbindung an die Öffentlichen (Tram6, Bus36), die WISO, die FH und die EWF. Die Wöhrder Wiese ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermärkte und Tankstelle liegen um die Ecke.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Flo, Adriana, Silvi und Paul, alle sehr hilfsbereit, unstressig und nett:-)
