Es ist ruhig gelegen, aber doch zentrumsnah. In 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und auch Uni und Fachhochschule sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Mehrere Supermärkte sind auch ganz in der Nähe. Kurze Wege zu Erholungsgebieten Wöhrder Wiese und Dutzendteich. Bus, Straßenbahn und S-Bahn sind in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar.
- Es gibt eine Waschküche, wo man für 0,80€ Wäsche waschen und für 0,60€ trocknen kann.
- Viele Fahrradabstellplätze und mehrere Fahrradräume
Wohnungsbesichtigung ist leider schwierig, weil ich selbst momentan noch im Ausland bin und mein Zimmer zur Zeit auch untervermietet ist.
