Wir, Lina, 22, Alex, 26 und Bidhan, 30 suchen eine/n aufgeschlossene/n Mitbewohner/in ab sofort bis Ende August, also befristet, da sich ab dann.die WG auflöst. Wir kochen ca einmal in der Woche etwas zusammen und treffen uns sonst manchmal spontan in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer. Ja wir haben ein Wohnzimmer :). Und eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch!
Dein Zimmer hat ein tolles Hochbett, was einer unserer vorherigen Mitbewohnerinnen selbst.konstruiert hat. Du hast dadurch sehr viel Platz unter dem Bett für einen Schreibtisch oder eine gemütliche Sofaecke.
Dazu ist die Wohnung ein Altbau, weswegen es Grad in diesen Tagen angenehm kühl in der WG ist.
Die Wg ist 12 Min zu Fuß vom Bhf entfernt (sebst probiert) oder 5 Min mit dem Bus (Stephnstr). Die Tram fährt von der Peterskirche, 5 min entfernt, sowie die S-Bahn von der Station Dürrenhof, 3 Min zu Fuß. Die Wöhrder Wiese sowie der Wöhrder See sind 5 min entfernt, soass du dich hier sportlich ausleben oder es zum Verweilen nutzen kannst. Supermärkte gibt es hier auch genug, oder man geht schnell zu LIDL am Hbf, der bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat (Ausnahme in Bayern)

are you looking for an international flat? Our flat, Lina,22, Alex,26 and Bidhan 30 are looking for a new mate from now on Till end of August, Limited, cos we qiot the wg after. Usually we tried to cook weekly or meet up in the living room on eve to wach netflix or such. Yeah we have a living room, its very spaceous and a nice option to chillout or come together, plus weve a washing machine and dishwasher :P
Your room has a nice Highbed which was constructed by a past Mate of us. So its easy to create comfortable a Sofacorner or Desk below. Furthermore the flat is an old building, which is much more cooler than outside, especially These hot days its a pleasure.
The flat is placed 12 min away from station by foot( ive tried it) or 5 min by bus (Stephanstr). A tram Station is located next to Peterskirche 5 min away and the S-Bahn is 5 Min away as well (Dürrenhof). Were closed to the Wöhrder See and Wöhrder Wiese, so youre able to do outsidesports like jogging, inlineskatng, biking around the lake or such. Supermarkets are 10 min away or just use Lidl at the staion.

Wir wohnen mitten in St. Peter - Uni und FH sind quasi nebenan, 5 Min zur Wöhrder Wiese und zum See (für Jogger, Fahrradfahrer, Spaziergänger oder Sonnenanbeter optimal), 12 Min (zu Fuß) in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof, Straßenbahn/S-Bahn direkt vor der Tür, und der Knaller: Mit dem Bus bist du in 5 Min am Hauptbahnhof! Ach ja: Rewe, Norma, Biomarkt und Co. gibt's hier auch.
