Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe der Wöhrder Wiese und des Wöhrder Sees. Eine Bushaltestelle ist vor dem Haus (4. Haltestelle ab Hauptbahnhof), die S-Bahn befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zur Fußgängerzone. Es gibt einen Süd-Balkon zum begrünten Hinterhof. Außer den 3 WG-Zimmern gibt es einen kleinen Raum, der gelegentlich von mir genutzt wird. Es sind hohe Altbauräume, in einem Zimmer ist ein Erker. Fahrräder können im Hof oder im Keller abgestellt werden. Die derzeitige WG zieht zum 1. September aus, es können bis zu 3 Zimmer bezogen werden.
