Ich gehe im August und im September ins Ausland und suche jemanden zur Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer ist zum Hinterhof und dadurch sehr ruhig, jedoch trotz seiner zwei Fenster hell und freundlich. Es ist bereits möbliert und enthält alles was man so braucht.
Das Badezimmer ist groß, mit zwei Waschbecken, Dusche und Badewanne. Außerdem gibt es eine große gemütliche Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine und auch einem Balkon.
Die Mitbewohner sind lustig und aufgeschlossen. Wir kochen gern gemeinsam oder sitzen abends noch zusammen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Gleich in der Nähe der Altstadt und des Bahnhofes. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 50m entfernt.
