Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Steinbühl und liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Lage.
Zu der U-bahn Stelle Mafeiplatz, was nur 2 Station von der Haltestelle Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist, ist es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg.
Hauptbahnhof ist etwa 15 Minuten Gehweg von der Wohnung entfernt. Da die Wohnung sehr nah am Stadtzentrum liegt, gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Norma, Aldi, Lidl sind in unmittelbarer Nähe in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kaufland ist nur 1 Km von der Wohnung entfernt.
Die Mitbewohner sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Leben in der Wg ist sehr ruhig, da selten alle Mitbewohner zu Hause sind. Meistens fahren wir am Wochenende wieder Heim.
