Die Wohnung ist 62 qm groß, hat drei Zimmer, Dielenboden, liegt in der 4. Etage mit Blick in einen ruhigen Innenhof. Das Badezimmer mit Toilette ist separat. Es wird eine neue Küche hat einen Elektroherd, Backofen und Kühlschrank eingebaut. Wenn Du als erstes eine Zusage bekommst, kannst Du den Mitbewohner selber mit aussuchen oder gleich mit einem Freund/einer Freundin einziehen.

You can choose a room with 10qm, 14qm, 16qm. The rent is adjusted to the size of the room. All rooms are bright and beautifully cut. All rooms have a bed, a desk and a cupboard. The apartment is 62 qm large, has floor boards, is located on the 4th floor overlooking a quiet courtyard. The bathroom with toilet is separate. It will have a new kitchen with an electric cooker, oven and refrigerator. If you are accepted first, you can choose your roommate yourself or move in with a friend.
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. In der Nachbarschaft sind viele Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Staßenbahnhaltestelle und eine S-Bahnhaltestelle sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten.

The apartment is in a quiet side street. There are many bars, restaurants and shopping facilities in the neighbourhood. A tram stop and an S-Bahn stop are only a few minutes away. It is 10 minutes by bike to the main station.
Sehr nette und lockere WG! Berufstätige und Studenten/Austauschstudenten. Es wäre schön, wenn auch Du recht offen bist. Es gibt eine Küche, wo man ab und zu zusammensitzen und etwas kochen kann, es ist aber alles recht ungezwungen. Das heißt es kann jeder handhaben wie er möchte. Es wäre schön, wenn Du bereits etwas WG Erfahrung hast.

Very nice and relaxed flat-sharing community! Professionals and students/exchange students. It would be nice if you were quite open too. There is a kitchen where you can sit together and cook something from time to time, but it's all quite informal. That means everyone can handle it as he/she wants. It would be nice if you already have some shared flat experience.
Provision mußt Du nicht zahlen. Bitte gib Bescheid, ab wann Du das Zimmer brauchst. Sowohl befristet als auch unbefristet ist möglich. Der Mieter muss eine Privathaftpflichtversicherung nachweisen.
