Ich biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich für einen Monat auf Reisen sein werde. Die Wohnung ist sehr nach am Hauptbahnhof und ÖPNV sind zu Fuß in ca. 200m entfernt. Die Altstadt ist ca. 5 min entfernt und unweit befindet sich der Aufsetzplatz U-bahn Anbindung.
Die Wohnung ist 70qm groß und hat ein grpßes Wohnzimmer, eine helle Wohnküche, Bad mit Badewanne, seperate Toilette und einem Fahrradstellplatz im Innenhof des schönen Hauses.
Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind vollmöbliert mit allem, was du brauchst, um eine gute Zeit in Nürnberg zu haben.
Im Mietpreis ist das WLAN, die Nutzung der Möbel, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und weiteren Haushaltsgeräten enthalten.

I´m offering my room in a nice apartment, very close to the HBF.
The apartment has 70m2, with a nice living room, Kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bike parking.
The room and apartment come completely furnished with everything that you need to a good time in Nuremberg.
The rent price includes Wifi, the use of furniture at the room and apartment as also the washing machine, dishwasher, and other electronics.

Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 750m entfernt. Supermärkte wie Aldi, kleine Asialäden und einige Restaurants sind in laufweite entfernt und die schöne Nürnberger Altstadt und das Opernhaus ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es auch Parkplätze. Fahrräder können für Hausbewohner im Innenhof geparkt werden.

Very close to the HBF, tram station or train. Have supermarkets, asian stores and few restaurants around. Area its very peaceful and quiet.
Have parking in front of the house and at the streets arounds.
Alsa have laundry, italian marketing and many other kinds of convenience stores. All that you need around.
Unsere WG besteht aus 2 Personen. Ich bin aus Brasilien und werde für einige Wochen auf Reisen sein, meine Mitbewohnerin ist Deutsche und spricht fließend englisch.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Wir kochen ab und an zusammen, laden gerne spontan Freunde ein oder machen etwas kreatives. Natürlich kann man sich auch für ein bisschen Ruhe in sein Zimmer zurückziehen.
