Das Zimmer ist 15qm und das Fenster geht zum Hinterhof raus. (Sehr ruhig)
Es wird nur möbliert vermietet, heisst: Bett, Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Regal und Schreibtisch (+Schreibtischstuhl) sind im Mietpreis mit inbegriffen.
Unsere WG hat ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine große Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, also alles was man so braucht :)
Zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem eine Abstellkammer und ein kleiner Hinterhof mit Grünfläche, in dem du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst.
Die WG liegt direkt an der Tram-Haltestelle Landgrabenstraße. Hier fahren die Linien 4 und 6.
Netto und Rewe sind fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen und an Dönerläden fehlt es und auch nicht 😁
Wir sind eine lustige WG, die gerne mal ein paar Bierchen abends zusammen trinkt.
Sonst lebt jeder sein Leben und wenn jemand seine Ruhe möchte wird das natürlich akzeptiert.
