Lovely, sunny apartment on the 4th floor. Big windows with beautiful natural light and a wood burning stove. The flat has hardwood floors, high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony that sits next to a big tree, which is home to some really great birds. This apartment has a really cozy, chill vibe.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street, next to a little park.
Public transport in any direction is 2min away.
There are 3 Supermarkets in a 4 min walking radius, several small stores
and bakeries are just around the corner.
My two roommates are both moving to new cities so we have the chance to create a new WG life ;-)
I'm a very chill and relaxed being and like to surround myself easygoing, yet responsibly people.
The house community is international, very lovely and caring.
I'm not a big fan of Zweck-WGs.
Because I'm away a lot for work, it will probably feel more like a 2er-WG than a 3er-WG.
