Hallihallohallöchen,
wir (Felix und Michaela) suchen für Michi´s Zimmer einen Nachfolger bzw eine Nachfolgerin. Sie verlässt aus beruflichen Gründen ihre geliebte Wohnung.
Felix ist vier Tage die Woche in Nürnberg und fährt am Wochenende immer nach Berlin, da hättest du deine Wohnung ganz für dich alleine.
Wir besitzen eine große Wohnküche in der alle Elektrogeräte, wie Waschmaschiene, Herd und Kühlschrank bleiben. Außerdem ein großes Sofa für eventuelle Übernachtungsgäste.
Frei ist das Zimmer ab dem 16.3, da Michi schon Sonntag nach Leipzig gedüst ist.
Straßenbahn ist in 1 Min zu erreichen und U-Bahn in 5 Min.
Parkplätze sind auch immer zu finden und das Landbierparadies vor der Haustür läd auch gerne auf ein Feierabendbier ein.
Wenn du auf Spaghetti-Orgien und Kaffeeeeeeee stehst bist du bei Felix genau richtig!!!!!!
Sooooooooo, jetzt brauchst du nur noch anrufen oder schreiben und auf einen Kaffee bei uns reinzuschneien!!!
