Hallo Ihr Suchenden,
ab dem 01.02. wird ein 20qm Zimmer in meiner WG frei. Meine Mitbewohnerin verlässt mich in Richtung Stuttgart um dort eine neue Stelle anzutreten.
Die Wohnung liegt in guter Lage zum Hauptbahnhof. Zu Fuß in 3 min am Südeingang.
Das Bad ist neu sowie die Küche. Balkon in den Hinterhof ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Sehr ruhig und gemütlich an lauen Abend.
Zu meiner Person, ich bin 29 Jahre, arbeite in Fürth als Software-Entwickler und wenn ich doch etwas Freizeit haben sollte, widme ich die meinem Hobby. Altes Blech aus Italien hat es mir angetan. Ich schraube an meinen Vespa's
