ab dem 15.09.2020 wird bei mir ein großes helles Zimmer in einer 2er-WG frei. Es ist 19 qm groß und möbliert (u.a. mit Schlafsofa Beddinge, 1,40m breit). Die dazugehörigen Gemeinschaftsflächen sind ein großer Flur, eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit, ein Bad mit Badewanne, ein separates WC sowie ein begrünter Balkon mit Südausrichtung. Die Küche ist mit Waschmaschine und notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet.
Die Gesamtmiete von 370€ monatlich enthält KM, NK, Strom, eine Telefonflatrate für das deutsche Festnetz und eine Internetflatrate.
A Partir du 15 septembre 2020 il y aura une grande chambre lumineuse meublé dans mon appartement en colocation. Les pièces partagées sont: un grand couloir, une cuisine avec coin repas, une salle de bain avec baignoire, un WC séparé et un balcon verdoyant.
Les 370€ comprennent le loyer, les charges, le téléphone et internet.
From the 15th september 2020 there will be a large, bright furnished room available in a two-person shared flat available for 6 month. In the flat, we share a kitchen with a sitting area, a
hallway, a bathroom with bath tub, a room with a separate toilet, as well as a sunny balcony (facing South) with lots of plants. There is a washing machine in the kitchen and all necessary kitchen tools, etc.
The total rent is € 370, including utilities and telephone and internet flat-rate.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südstadt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Straßenbahn und U-Bahn) sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten beim Hauptbahnhof / in der Innenstadt. Bis zum Dutzenteich (Grünfläche) sind es etwa 2 km. Der Hummelsteiner Park befindet sich in der Nähe.
L'appartement se trouve dans le sud de la ville. Le tram-way et le métro sont accessibles à pied (tram-way: 1 min; métro: 5-6 min). Il y a plusieurs possibilités pour faire les courses alimentaires dans le quartier. La gare et le centre ville sont accessibles en vélo en 10 min. Il y differents parcs à 1 ou 2 km.
The apartment is located in the "Südstadt". Public transport (subway and tram) are well reachable by foot. There are also shopping facilities close by. Nürnberg's main station and the city center are both reachable within ten minutes by bike. The flat is about 2 km from "Dutzenteich". "Hummelsteiner Park" is nearby.
Ich bin insgesamt eher ein ruhiger Mensch. In Erlangen arbeite ich als Sozialpädagogin. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gern Sport (Wandern, Radfahren, Yoga), treffe mich mit Freunden oder mache kreative Dinge wie Nähen und Malen. Ich koche auch sehr gern und verbringe Zeit draußen oder damit den Balkon zu begrünen.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn wir auch mal in der WG einen Kochabend machen oder etwas gemeinsam unternehmen, ist aber kein Muss. Raum und Zeit sich zurückzuziehen ist für mich auch wichtig.

Je suis une colocatrice plutôt calme. Je travaille comme pédagogue. Dans mon temps libre j'aime faire du sport, coudre, rencontrer mes amis, cuisiner et être dehors.
Je souhaiterais une colocation pour passer quelques bons moments ensemble, par example en cuisinant ou autre.... Quand-meme c'est aussi important que chanch'un ha son temps pour soi-meme.
En plus de l'allemand, je parle francais, italien et anglais.

I would describe myself as a calm but communicative person. I work as a social education worker. In my spare time, I like doing sports (e.g. yoga and swimming), meeting friends or doing creative things like painting or sewing. I also like cooking very much and spending time outdoors or taking care of the balcony plants.
I would be very glad if our shared flat community wasn't just a "Zweck-WG", meaning that I would like to sometimes do things together like cooking or so!
Besides German, I also speak French and Italian and a little bit of English.
