Die Wohnung ist eine schöne sanierte Altbauwohnung, hat 3 Zimmer und insgesamt 80qm Wohnfläche. Die Küche hat alles was zum Kochen benötigt wird (Herd, Backofen, Spühlmaschine, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner) und bietet auch genügend Platz um sich gemütlich darin aufzuhalten. Das Wohnzimmer ist geteilt in Wohn und Essbereich. Die Ausstattung (Fernseher, HiFi-Anlage, etc.) darf selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden. Das Badezimmer hat ein Fenster und eine Badewanne.

The apartment is a beautiful renovated old apartment has 3 rooms and a total of 80 square meters of living space. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer), and also provides enough space to comfortably reside therein. The living room is divided into living and dining area. The equipment (TV, hi-fi system, etc.) can be shared, of course. The bathroom has a window and bathtub.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in der Nähe zum Luitpolthain Park. Die Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist super. Bus und Straßenbahn befinden sich vor der Haustüre so dass man das Stadtzentrum bequem in 10-15min erreichen kann. Für sportbegeisterte ist die Lage ebenfalls ideal. Der Dutzendteich und der Wöhrder See haben tolle Laufstrecken zu bieten.
The apartment is located in a quiet location close to Luitpolthain Park. The connection to public transport is great. Bus and tram are on the doorstep so you can easily reach the center of the City in 10-15 minutes. For sport enthusiasts, the location is also ideal. The Dutzendteich and Wöhrder See have to offer great running trails.

Mir gefällt die Wohnung und die Lage sehr, allerdings ist die Miete für eine Person nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen, deshalb bin ich auf der Suche nach einem netten Mitbewohner/in. Ich bin berufstätig als Ingenieur und mache in meiner Freizeit und nach Feierabend sehr viel Sport, weshalb ich meist erst spät nach Hause komme. Ich bin eine sehr offene und unkomplizierte Person die am Wochenende auch gerne mal feiern geht.

Das Vermietung von dem Zimmer ist befristet, da ich die Wohnung gerne eines Tages für mich selbst nutzen möchte. Beim Zeitraum bin ich aber flexibel. Ich würde das Zimmer gerne maximal auf 1 Jahr befristet vermieten. Falls wir gut miteinander auskommen sollten, können wir auch gerne darüber reden die Mietdauer zu verlängern.
