Ich suche ab dem ersten November neue Mitbewohner für meine WG. Es werden zwei Zimmer frei. Beide sind ungefähr 12qm groß. In einem der beiden Zimmer sind ein Schrank und ein Bett vorhanden - können aber auch im Keller gelagert werden, wenn nicht erwünscht.
Direkt vor der Tür fährt die Straßenbahnlinie 9 in drei Haltestellen zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Innensatdt ist aber auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachts fährt am Wochenende ein Nightliner bis vor die Tür.
Über die Straße findet man gleich eine Norma. Auch Bars, Geschäfte, eine Tankstelle, Restaurants und ein Schwimmbad sind in der Allersbergerstraße (querstraße zur Brunhildstr.) vorhanden.
