The apartment is around 80 sq mts, consisting of two bedrooms, one living / dining room, one store room, kitchen, bathroom and flur. It is located on the second floor (with lift) of a building from the 50s, but the flat itself is freshly renovated.
The room consists of a large double bed, with bed side tables, a huge wardrobe and a shelf. The window provides a beautiful view of the city. For those who are super sensitive to sound, I would not recommend this flatshare since one can (very lightly) hear the cars on the roads.
The apartment is situated right on Frauentorgraben, very close to Plärrer. Hence, connectivity is no issue. Plärrer is 300 mts away and from there most U-Bahn connections and trams are available. Some 400 mts away is the U-Bahn station Opernhaus and 500 mts away is S-bahn station Steinbühl. Hauptbahnhof is around 800 mts away. Parking space in general is quite easily available. In case private parking is required, this could be arranged within the building too (of course depending on availability).
Kik is situated 20 mts away from the building, Marktkauf 300 mts, Rewe and Aldi also 300 mts away. Gym facilities are also quite close by in the city center itself.
I am working as a manager for a German corporation and am quite frequently traveling. Also, over the weekends I am generally gone to Munich (where I have another home). While my office does tend to stretch beyond normal timings, I still am an extroverted outgoing person, who would like to go with his flatmate for the occasional drink or cook together or play games. Since I am a vegetarian, I would prefer to have a flatmate who would also be vegetarian.
