Ich wohne mit meinem Sohn (19 Monate) in einer großen Wohnung
und möchte ein Zimmer zeitweise (auch für kurze Zeiträume) vermieten. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und liegt sehr schön: 3 Min zu Fuß zum Wöhrdersee und 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis in
die Stadtmitte. 5 Min zu Fuß bis zur Strassenbahnhaltestelle und 10 Min bis zur U-Bahn-Station "Rathenauplatz". In der Wohnung ist alles notwendige vorhanden und kann mitbenutzt werden. Eine Gartenanlage vor dem Haus kann mitbenutzt werden. Ich kann auch gerne mein Fahrrad ausleihen.
Mein Sohn und ich freuen uns auf eine(n) freundliche(n) Mitbewohner(in).
