Hallo zusammen,
um den weiblichen Ausgleich in unserer WG auch in Zukunft zu bewahren, suchen wir nach dem Auszug unserer Mitbewohnerin eine würdige Nachfolgerin!
Unsere Wohnung im Stadtteil Wöhrd besticht durch ihre Gemütlichkeit, ihre gut ausgestattete Küche sowie durch die ausgezeichnete Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Über den Rathenauplatz ist man gut an das öffentliche Netz angebunden. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stadtpark, Wöhrder Wiese und auch die Innenstadt sind sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer ist voraussichtlich am 06. oder 07. Oktober frei; der Mietpreis wird insgesamt ca. 200 Euro betragen.
