Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und das 16m² große Zimmer besitzt ein großes Fenster das zum Süden geht. Im Moment liegt im Zimmer ein Teppich, falls erwünscht kann allerdings auch ein Laminatboden verlegt werden. Wir haben auch einen Dachboden zum Wäsche aufhängen.
Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, 5 Min. zu Fuß bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 5 Min. bis zur Whörderwiese. Sehr viele Einkaufs- und Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.
Wir sind keine Zweckwg sondern ein aufgeweckter, freundlicher Haufen. Wir kochen mal miteinander und gehen auch mal zusammen fort. Jedoch behält auch jeder seine Privatsphäre wenn ihm/ihr danach ist.
Wir haben einen Hinterhof in dem wir Grillen können, außerdem gibt es dort auch einen überdachten Fahrrad-abstellplatz.
