Hallo,
weil ich bis Ende März für ein Praktikum in eine andere Stadt muss, haben wir in unserer WG vom 21.11.16 bis zum 31.03.17 ein helles 17m² großes und komplett möbeliertes Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer zentralen und schönen Lage (Uni,Technische Hochschule, Wöhrder See, Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar).
Die U-Bahn-Station Rathenauplatz (2 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof) und Busse/Tram sind 2 min entfernt.
Supermärkte (EDEKA, PENNY, REWE) sind auch sehr nahe.
Weil ich ein Praktikum beginne suche ich jetzt nach einem netten Zwischenmieter bzw. Zwischenmieterin.
Du würdest mit Thomas und Friedi wohnen, die beide an der FAU studieren und offene und nette Mitbewohner sind. In der WG treffen wir uns gerne mal zum Plausch, trinken oder kochen ab und zu mal gemeinsam. Es ist aber auch kein Problem, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte. Am besten du kommst einfach vorbei, damit wir uns kennenlernen können :)
