Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und sehr gut geschnitten, sodass die Möbel nach belieben umgestellt werden kann. Zwei große Fenster sorgen für ein helles Zimmer. Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Im Bad ist eine Waschmaschine und die Wäsche kann auch direkt im Bad aufgehängt werden. Im Zimmer ist es ruhig und die Nachbarn hört man sehr selten.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Das Einkaufszentrum ist in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die U-Bah sowie die Straßenbahn ist ebenfalls in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Uni sowie die TH ist in 8min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Es gibt genügend Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto. Das Fahrrad ist im Innenhof sicher.
Mein Mitbewohner, der hier wohnen bleibt ist ein sehr freundlicher und ordentlicher Typ. Für ein Bierchen am Abend ist er immer zu haben und war auf jeden Fall ein sehr angenehmer Mitbewohner.
Die Möbel im Zimmer kann übernommen werden, sowie die Küche mit Spülmaschine und Badeinrichtung mit Waschmaschine. VHB ist: 700 EUR und beinhaltet: Küche, Spülmaschine,
